Joke thread aside, this glitch is quite nice, making any job use any of the casting animations (yes, even crafters and gatherers). And DRGs look awesome casting some of the high tier spells.

I see no DRG in your picture, just a floor.

To do the visual glitch, you have to use the gearsets. As soon as you press the gearset of the job you want to show the animations on, press the spell. Almost simultaneously, but the gearset button MUST be pressed first.

For example, to get a BRD doing the Gravity animation, target a dummy as AST, press the BRD gearset button and quickly press the Gravity button after. The visual delay will cause the Gravity cast animation to play on your BRD; the actual spell won't go off, even though the cast bar finishes.

You can even run around with the casting auras around you. That works best with Summon I, II and III as they have the longest cast outside of Raise, Resurrection and Ascend.
