color crafting dyes and greying out actions until usable

I have two things really irritating me lately that I feel should be changed.

1. The first one is "All purpose dyes" or any dye for that matter...
One should be able to dye something any color they choose!
For instance, the cotton Tabard (green). Dont get me wrong I like green... but if your going to have dyes in a game, colors should be the users choice! Im not saying the stats should change based on the color, Im only saying that we should have our choice of colors.


2. While retrying the game from level 1 and onward, I noticed something that would make my life a ton easier and stop me from constantly watching my chat log and actually getting to watch the battle. Actions that can only be used after a block like phalanx, or a miss, like Haymaker, should be greyed out until they are usable. I find myself constantly just spamming the button for phalanx, hoping that I blocked at some point because my eyes tire of watching that chat log...
Most weapon skills already have this feature... so why not all actions?
