Ok, I am also a bit sick of all pwerlvling and leeching in high lvl parties. I would allow level for parties +/-10.
High lvls still can help low lvls, but : here is my point :
low lvl need to do something as well - engage mob, high lvl can (out of pt) can help him dps.
But there should not be lvl 20 and 50 in same pt by my guess, this ruin all fun and low , mid content.
I wouldn't mind if they made it so a person has to do something to incur enmity in order to get credit for the kill.

But no it doesnt ruin any mid/low content unless you choose to ignore it and think that way.
All my friends that have rejoined just did the 15+ dungeon and loved it, they are now near 30 and doing muntuy, they havent had to wait several weeks in order to do it, they can do it within days and love it.
They are also all now working on side quests and doing story + the job ones for lv 20.
Hasnt ruined a single thing for them, only allow them to do it and enjoy it where as before they were not into the chore of levelling (we are all casuals).

The new claim system is way more busted and glitchy than EXP distribution. Why aren't people so up in arms about that?
I have fun leveling stuff up now, but that fun is tarnished when I can't gain TP or incur enmity on a monster because it takes three steps away from where it spawned.
