Reformed static LFM

Hi there,

our relaxed team is looking for RELIABLE and skilled members.

The base is a trio of DRG, BRD and a SCH/AST/WHM/WAR/DRK (will adjust to needs of team) additional we have a WHM and can cover the DPS slots. Raiddays might get adjusted but flexibility is a must to start up in first place; so far all of us available on any day of the week. Starting on A1S no XP needed but enrage/kill preferred. Don't join to "try" raids join to stay and also not to leave if we don't down content in 1-3 raids as this is a new team and we need to get used to each other and experience levels may differ!

Open roles are:
- 1 WAR or SCH/AST

What we need:
- Reliable members
- Make sure to have the time and be fit enough to bring consistent results
- We don't want to explain everything 20 times so bring focus and will to adjust
- Be able to take criticism and add some DPS (even as tank)
- Actively help the team (be it at finding replacements (for yourself or others) or at clears people still need for progression) to build a friendly base
- If you cannot make a raid let us know on time not 10 min before and especially don't be in other content once we take a break!
- Bring raidfood/potions (we might be able to craft if you provide mats) and hit your accuracy cap

The raid:
- Current raiddays are Thursday/Saturday/Monday 20-22 CET (atm GMT +1)
- We are at Wave 9 A2S; A3S; Thordan EX
- Friendly calm atmosphere
- We try to help each other and ask each other for help
