ILVL 190 NIN Looking for Static Group

Like the title states I am a ilvl 190 NIN looking for a static group.

While I do not have much raiding experience in FF14, I have raided in WoW from BC until MoP participating in mostly server first targeting guilds and also played a lot of arena achieving Gladiator in season 4,5,10,11. While I am still very competitive, due to me being slightly older now (26), I do not have the luxury to go full hardcore, so I am looking for a FC with a static group that is "MediumCore." I can still put in a decent amount of hours and maybe more than required if need be.

I understand a lot of static groups are looking for people who are "experienced," but I would like to point out that I am very quick on learning and will not waste your time.
