Team's experience:
All members have been exposed to all mechanics past 3rd Cascade.

Our demands:

• You are available to join the FC after a fair trial period.
• You've been to the third Cascade at the very least.
• We are not run by one leader or voice and urge you too to have opinions or suggestions.
• We like to joke. We also call out our derps and expect errors to be fixed.
• We keep ourselves stocked with pots and food and hope that you too are prepared. We're willing to share our goodies after we get to know you.
• We are not raid loggers; we hang out in our Teamspeak, run random duties, fight each other with cards, wreck players in PvP, craft stuff, level stuff, banter with eachother, and hope that you like us enough to join us in these extracurricular activities.
• It doesn't go unnoticed when a member does outside research on either the encounter, their job, or even a team member's job to better understand their place in raid.
• PS4 and PC players are both welcome.
• Voices are nice to hear over the comms, yours included. We use TS3.
• You keep us informed ahead of time of possible schedule conflictions, and tell us as soon as possible of emergencies that would keep you from raid.
