Whenever I am in a very crowded area (for example, doing Broken Water leves at peak times), and my party stacks a battle regimen, oftentimes it will fail to activate, and we are all just stuck in BR mode waiting. This has lead to so many deaths, that we no longer even attempt to bother with BR in crowded areas.
This is not a problem in areas in which we are the only players present.

3. Press 'G', nothing happens, and everyone is stuck. I have to go back to passive mode to cancel Battle Regimen.

After thoroughly investigating your concerns with Battle Regimens, the development team determined that latency was the main factor contributing to the situation, which means that this was not a direct result of problems caused by the game itself.
