Shield Swipe suggestion for PLD

I think PLD tp control is the most horrible from all jobs and shield swipe is usable only you mt and block attacks. My PLD run out from the tp in 2min 30sec if i hit against dummy. Warriors can now control better their tp even in dps stance because stacks can be used in dps stance too now. Every fell cleave is free tp for them and on top of that they can get 200 tp every 1min. PLD have pretty much nothing 2 control tp while offtanking so that would be my suggestion.

Make Shield Swipe 150 potency, off global, 30 sec cooldown, restore 100 tp and not require blocking, but if you block it would be 100% increased damage + extra enmity generation.

I think that would make pld more variety for different situations if you fight against target that is purely magic damage and regardless are you ot or mt, you would restore little bit your tp.

I like that idea but don't remove the Blocking required to use it as that is one thing I like about PLD's Shield swipe, heck that what the move is based on.
