is to receive retainer ventures instead of company seals upon completion of a roulette dungeon/guildhest/trial. Grr I hate beast tribe quests.

That is not a bad idea at all. But you CAN buy ventures with seals.

1) Turn in loot for seals.
2) Buy ventures with seals.
3) ???
4) Profit.

Yeah I found out far after doing the beast tribes and hunts, started to do a lot of Airship crafting and stumbled on em, felt extremely stupid after but oh well. However, which is why I greed/need EVERY thing in the end dungeons.
