It would be fun to see the Job Specific emotes from FFXI in FFXIV

Would be fun to see the job specific emotes from FFXI make a transition to FFXIV... Namely.... this one... But they were all fun!

Some of them are nice, but if they're gonna be put in ff14 I wish SE would remake some of them.

Yes not all of them would translate 1:1. Would like to see it though.
I mean, Warriors was basically just what Holmgang was (still is, but they added a chain). So some may need tweaking.

I wouldn't want to see the exact XI emotes but job emotes would be fun to have, maybe do something with our weapon like a victory pose kind of thing (e.g PLD could have tiduses victory pose where he flips his sword in the air and catches it, DRK could have cloud's sword spin, DRG could spin their lance above their head, MNK could break dance and so on).

For sure! Was more a desire to see Job specific emotes in a general sense. Though I would not be sad to see the frog summon for ninja again so silly.

I think with FFXIV having better animations than XI, they could come up with some fantastic emotes. My whm could wrap bandages around someone's head and stuff.
