Free company: The Court of Exile

I've just got my FC to rank 8, and now i wish to recruit.

I want to create a free company that works as a Company, i.e. offering paid(Gil) incentives to players, I also have created ranks applicable to all different types of players i.e. Executioner (Raid group) lowest level rank.

I'm looking for people who wish to try and do something different with free companies, rather than just build one up and have only the 'elite' few talk to each other on it, and not actually help anyone, if you believe you can bring some new ideas to the table, or even wanted to lead a section of a FC please let me know.

I wish for a FC that will develop lower levelled players, and act as a family.

There are all kinds of positions available, including Officer type ranks.
