Character names grayed out on mogstation and unclickable

I was wondering if it's because it is a new character? and if it's put as a link after a set amount of time after the character has been created?

I think it's not clickable because very little progress was made on the character. It's the same on my Mog Station for my characters Sakura Blossom and Pearl Moonlight.

Edit: For example, like starting at least one quest other than the first MSQ.

Are you thinking of transferring by any chance as transfers are being locked on the fourth until the 19th because of the European data centre move.

well I'm hoping it's just because it's characters made less than a month ago, while others I have isn't grayed out.
