Missing/Blank icons and textures

Since Monday this week (9/28/2015) I've been running into an issue where some of my textures are no longer displaying. I've got a lot of "blank" icons and a couple black squares. It also appears to have spread to some of my maps, such as Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks.

I've tried:
* Restarting the client
* Rebooting my machine
* Updating my video drivers (NVidia GTX750)

All to no avail. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else or is a known issue since I'd rather not reinstall my game if I can avoid it.
