Midcore Static LF Caster DPS (Pref SMN) with A3S Final Phase Exp

Hi there,

We are a 7/8 person mid-core static on Leviathan looking to recruit an exceptional Caster DPS (SMN Pref) for A3S Progression. We raid 4-5 days a week for about 3-4 hours, and we learn fast and are dedicated to progressing.

Raid times: Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun, Mon. 8.00PM PST-11.00PM PST (Up to 12AM PST if we're really close to clearing)


Requirements:

• * A3S Up to Final Phase (Know the entire rotation of final phase)
  
  * Learns quick/Does research for raid fights outside raid
  
• 1.1-1.2k DPS required DPS in most instances and has superior cooldown management
  
• Doesn't suffer from disconnecting/lag issues
  
• Able to stay for the long term and able to take constructive criticism
  
• Has access to mumble for VoIP chat
