Free Company "ShadowFall" Recruiting

After returning to the game after a break, i found my free company dead, and I had inherited it, and am it's only active member. FFXIV is my first MMO, and it has been a solo experience all the way through. After hearing how good the "guild experience" is, I would like to transform ShadowFall from a dead group of randoms into a fun community experience. ShadowFall is a rank 5 free company, in a trusted standing with the Immortal Flames (Though a switch of allegiance to Malestrom is being considered). Help me to turn this dead group into a real community!
