[PLF] Challenge Linkshell!

It is my firm opinion that FFXIV as a whole is much too easy. Aside from endgame raids, there is little challenge in the day to day goings on of Eorzea. Last year, I had the unfortunate experience of having a DPS drop out of a Garuda NM run, and decided to tackle it with three people anyway. It turned out to be the single best experience I've had with Final Fantasy XIV to date. DPS checks were tight, mechanics were relevant, and everyone had to work hard to fulfill his or her roles.
I'm looking to recreate this magic, and form a little community of like-minded peers who want to take Eorzea to the next level. Creating a linkshell to tackle challenge runs together. Including, but not limited to,

- 2-3 man runs of 4 man content
- Solo runs
- Naked runs
- Gimp runs (no shield, crap weapons, etc.)
- Abnormal party composition runs
