R50 Gear Post 1.19

What is everyone using these days? What is everyone's go to weapon?

Crab Bow + What Matiera? or Uldah Longbow? What are you rocking? Let's figure this out!

From what I can see so far (apply HQ where available):

ARC arm: Crab Bow, crit power+ or accuracy+ materia
head: Rainmaker's Hat, (no DD materia for head)
body: Rainmaker's Tunic, crit power+ materia
hands: Felt Bracers or Fingerless Raptorskin Gloves (white only), STR+ or ATK+ or ACC+ materia
waist: Penance (no materia) or Raptorskin Satchel Belt, enmity- materia
legs: Felt Trousers (red only), STR&DEX+ materia
feet: Cobalt-plated Caligae, (no DD materia for feet)

Rainmakers hat over Silver Tricorne?

Cobalt-plated Jackboots (Red) are also nice, you can put silver tricorne and keep some accuracy with the boots.


On the head i'd go with materia: Magic Evasion or Magic Accuracy (for bloodletters DoT).

Feets materia: HP+ or Evasion

Didn't see the jackboots. I like those over the caligae for the same reason I like rainmaker's hat over silver tricorne: I'd rather have 4-5 ACC than 2-3 STR.

In 1.19, physical accuracy is at or near 100% on Ifrit and stronghold mobs, so I don't see a reason to gear for it right now.
