The Action Help for the level 52 BLM skill Ley Lines says that the "Circle fades upon leaving it" which made me think that the Ley Lines would disappear, but upon leaving the circle it was still there. Wouldn't it be better for it to say that the buff or effect fades upon leaving it?

I may have noticed this a while ago, but always forgot to being it up. Thanks for bringing this up for the fix.
That's how the ability was originally designed and shown off in previews of HW. It was changed before release, guess they missed the description.
I thought it was the circle in your status effects bar that they where talking about. once you leave it the circle drops and when you get back in it, it comes back
