Quick PS3 > PS4 question regarding character location.

I started on PS3 then moved to PS4 at PS4's launch, but now I'm on PS3 again (long story). I have Heavensward purchased on PS3 and not PS4.

My question is, if I'm logged out in a Heavensward area, and booted the game up on PS4, will I have errors? Just asking to see if I need to Heavensward right away or if I can wait.

You won't be able to log in at all if logged out in Heavensward areas if you are trying to log in on a system that does not have Heavensward registered.

Sucks! Thanks for the quick response. I'll just wait, then, until I can get the PS4 and Heavensward at the same time. Having just paid my bills, I'll have about $100 until next pay day if I buy the PS4 and not Heavensward. I guess I'll just stay on PS3 in the meantime, then.
