Steps:
1. Initiated Cutscene with Raya-O-Senna
2. In the Scene when Raya and Kan are talking when Kan walks off to return to Gridania, her staff hand position locks and stays static position so as she walks away her arm is a 90 degree angle to her back with her hand in the locked position. Also the leg part of the gown is graphically glitched like she is laying down as well.
3. Kan walks off scene, 2 seconds later pops up behind Rey in the graphically locked position.
