Hi! I had a question about the signatures required to make a Free Company. My friend is planning on creating a Free Company this weekend, but he needs signatures. He left his current FC tonight to be able to meet the whole 24-hour wait time to make a FC, but I was wondering: Do the people giving their signatures also need to be out of a FC for 24 hours? Or can I leave and sign for his FC and join right away?
You can immediately leave your FC and join a new one.
However, this is limited to about once a day (this is to prevent FC hopping).
Essentially, you can help your friend now but will have to wait 24 hours to rejoin your old FC after leaving it.
Signing the charter automatically joins all signers to the FC, doesn't it? If I'm not misremembering on that point... I would think you have some waiting periods ahead. But 2 days or so isn't so long.
