Steps:
1. Went to location for "The Penultimate Prank" quest, provoked an Aurora Angler to the edge of the tunnel and the room.
2. Engaged in combat with Angler until it's went to 35% health.
3. Anglers name turned from Red to purple. Started moving like it had another target
4. Anglers name turned Purple->Red->Purple->Yellow and walked back to where I Provoked it from.
5. I followed to finish the fight, reclaimed it, name went red again, at which point it called for help due to its "weakened" state, at which point I was over powered and killed.

edit: add another step

6. After returning and start running my character is moving at a speed between walking and running. Hit the 1 key on numpad to change to walking (thinking I might of hit it). My character began to walk, so hit the 1 key again to go back to running and returned to that half run half walk speed while looking like I am running. changed this 4 times same occurance.
7. Withdrawing and putting away my weapon fixed it.
