Launcher issue?

Hi, I'm not detailed when it comes to technical stuff and the issue I have at hand is the one where launcher gets pretty much all blank and black cept a mouse pointer is there with scroll bar to the side and language selection... The BGM plays fine too.

Also found out that the blank black screen highlights "Due to ongoing maintenance, this page is unavailable. Please try again later"

For about a week now... on my PS3.

I've search up on same issue I had on other forums and tried some of the solution that worked for other people. I can't seem to get a break.
I tried re-launching several times, checking javascript, re-installing, rebuilding data...
Pretty much any hope of fixing that was in my capability I've poked at it.

Some seem to solved it by figuring out what the port was doing but I have no idea what the port numbers and TCP means. I'm trying but I'm lacking some knowledge on how to get this thing going and I'd love to get to play my game going on my PS3 again...

Any viable solutions please?

As far as I know, I had a bit of issue trying to stay connected yesterday so could be something.

Well I scoped around more to find some technical difficulty with PSN making people unable to play from PS3 and PS4...
I'm hoping I'm not one of those... cause if I am my hands I tied from playing until that's solved.
I wish I had the brains to solve it from my end.
