Midcore Static LF BRD/MCH with A3S Final Phase Exp

Hi there,
We are a 7/8 person mid-core static on Leviathan looking to recruit an exceptional BRD/MCH for A3S Progression. We raid 4-5 days a week for about 3-4 hours, and we learn fast and are dedicated to progressing.
Raid times: Tues, Wed, Fri, Sun, Mon. 8.30PM PST-11.30PM PST (Up to 12AM PST if we're really close to clearing)

Requirements:

• A3S At Tornado Phase (Adds) min. Pref Final Phase
• Learns quick/Does research for a turn outside raid
• 1.1k min. required BRD/MCH DPS in most instances and has superior cooldown management
• Doesn't suffer from disconnecting/lag issues
• Able to stay for the long term and able to take constructive criticism
• Has access to mumble for VoIP chat
