Error (40000)2

I just updated my game and now i cant even get to the main FFXIV menu to select char/watch opening/exit, after i type in my info and click play screen goes black and i get an "An error has occurred, (40000)2." before the update i was able to play, now i can't... also cant find a error fix on the internet for my problem, seen some solutions that worked for some but not for me. tried to force an update, tried a simple restart of my computer... anyone have some suggestions?

just chose to do a fresh install... fixed it

No keybord/joystick control.

I'll make a new installation from scratch.
I tell you if it's works

All works fine after re-installation.
