NIN AOE - [Death Blossom]

Hey there!

Pretty simple question here, imagine following scenario:

Your tank is pulling a "certain" number of mobs together, under which amount of mobs would the Damage of Death Blossom alone (without Katon & Doton) be worse, equally and better, compared of engaging the mobs single targeted as a NIN?

I naturally parsed it out with ACT already, but oddly enough I got pretty mixed results and I got no idea why exactly and since I wanna be 100% sure on that mater, I thought I ask u guys.

3+ Mobs are sufficient to get more out of Death Blossom.
But if the other DPS isn't aoe'ing at all just go with single target as it eats through your TP.
Watch your Huton timer though.

Maths:

Death Blossom, 100 potency X targets, 120 TP (0.83 potency X targets per TP)
Mutilation, 360 total potentcy, 80 TP (4.5 potency per TP)
Shadow Fang combo, 345 average potency, 65 TP average TP (5.3 potency per TP)

For 3 enemies, they have to have low HP to spam it, otherwise it's pure Mutilation and Shadow Fang spam. 4, while a per-GCD DPS increase over multi-DoTing, you should Death Blossom if and only if the TP you use won't cause you problems midway through the pull.

5 enemies is my breakpoint for spamming Death Blossom in dungeons. The TP starts to get close to multi-DoTing and the damage starts to get really good (for NIN AoE)
