Steps:
Spear reduces the recast timer of your Abilities. When Spear is cast on the Summoner, the Summoner's cooldown for Enkindle drops (significantly if the Spear card is Enhanced through Royal Road). However, the Summoner's "Egi" (Ifrit-Egi, Garuda-Egi) will not cast Enkindle again, likely because their cooldown is not available yet (Unless Spear was cast through an area effect Rainbow Road).

To the caster, it performs the same functionality that happens when you click Enkindle without a target (there is a wind-up sound, it goes grey for a half second, then becomes castable again), and repeats this every time you attempt to cast Enkindle until the Egi's own cooldown has come up. Is this intended behavior?
