In game search feature turns up with no Results for online player

Steps:
Simply, player search- especially new players without FCs- on occasion when they display interest and I hit up search to look at them before adding, they will not appear in any search results. The member I mentioned earlier does show the "New player" leaf tag in this case, but I have had it where a level 35ish player also was not searchable.

They may have a different language. Make sure you tick all of the languages in the player search window!
