Just about broken caravan security

Was very let down when I finally got the chance to do a caravan security. It is just about impossible to solo this event no matter what level you are. @49 I was one shotting every mob that came up and rushing to get the chocobo's back in line and still ran out of time at about 98% completion. There are times when there are people running this too but its not solo friendly in the slightest bit... maybe im just throwing a fit cause its challenging and I haven't mastered it yet but I personally think it needs work.

Very easy to solo IMO. Try using AoE skills.

It's not broken. It's supposed to be really hard to solo. The devs said it would be very difficult to solo before it was implemented.

I was really disappointed as well. I tried to the Bloodshore->Wineport caravan and got that big "WTF?!" feeling that was a torn in the fun. Why? Simple enough, there is a road that leads to the hamlet, why are they making such huge detours?!?!
If the devs wanted to have the way to be longer, just make the caravan start somewhere else... it's because of those WTF feelings things feel awkward and purposeless.

Why won't the caravans start from the city to an aetherite camp or hamlet or settlement? Or vice versa? You could have multiple roads and multiple difficulties too. Instead of having a dumb caravans doing many detours to ask to be assaulted by bandits. Honestly...

I hope hamlet defence won't be awkward like that too.

Its meant to be played in a party I believe, since my friend couldn't even complete it solo without a single bird losing a package. We usually duo it or pick up a random person or two at Bloodshore to complete ours.

I agree they should adjust it so more classes and players can complete it solo or with any class of their choice, but from our experience we just switch to Thm or Con and nuke everything that comes in our way.

He runs ahead and I stay in the back and get ready to aoe nuke all enemies without losing a single package.

In other words, it was designed specifically for party play, while Grand Company leves and Supply missions were designed specifically for solo and crafter play.

It should be great if we had a solo option for it, even if we get less Seals in solo mode.
