Static on A4S looking for an exceptional dragoon

Hello, our static is progressing through A4S at the moment and we are looking for a skilled DRG.
What we want out of you:
Ability to use TS3 and speak english.
Experience of up to last phase of A3S.
Ability to play for 4-5 days a week(monday-thursday, maybe sunday) at 6:30gmt - 9:30gmt.
Ability to adapt to different tactics, suggest possible changes and be open to criticism as well.
Be willing to participate in some merc runs.
