My best guess. Coordinates are around 16, 31.
Have you tried the South-Western section of the map? Red Rim is the name. You might have to try to check both on top and under as well.
@Ashkendor Tried there no luck. Went back after your post and did the "Dig" Skill every few steps... finally got it. *Frustrating*
