Chocobo character creation - Any advice?

I'm a Japanese player on the Gilgamesh server and now I am just sick of some of the players, latency issues and the fact I cannot find a liable raid group in JST.
Ironically I actually love the community. Of all the trolls, I actually enjoy their company and I will sure miss them if I were to transfer.

But, in order for my own betterment, I want and need to transfer eventually. Right now I am looking at Chocobo for the large raiding community.
But as populated servers come, Chocobo is almost always on lockdown. I can't seem to the find the right time for creating a new character to just check out the market. Though apparently I can get in if I pay for the server transfer fees, but I got a lot of gil I need to somehow get over.

Anyone know what times are good to try creating a character for Chocobo? Right now it's 00:30am, still nothing.

2-5am are the least populated times in my experience, but even then there's no guarentee

Hello, i'm from chocobo server and currently the server is really packed! Your best bet would be around 4 - 8am JST (No guarantee) and before maintenance!:)
