Considering transfer - any statics looking for PLD?

Hi, I'm currently a British player playing on an NA server. I'm considering transferring over to Odin so that I can raid since my timetable has changed but am worried about whether there are any statics that can fit me in. Statics currently on A3S will be slowed down since I would need to clear the previous fights and gear up.

So I'm wondering if there are any statics currently on A1S or A2S that are willing to pick me up BUT are sure they will stay motivated. I'm confident in my raiding ability and have full coil experience with some savage scob experience but no clears.

Gear wise I have almost full i200 + crafted accessories (almost pentamelds).

Important to note: I DO NOT have any experience with any Alexander savage turns beyond A1S. I am confident in my skills but I'm honest about my lack of experience with Alex Savage which will slow me down.

Manticore is an English speaking FC on Odin. We're relatively new to the game and are aa former progression guild from other MMOs. We're not yet at the stage where we've got a static ready to do Alex Savage (waiting on a few levels so hope to be good to go before the server relocation), but are currently working on the old content in preparation and Bismarck/Ravana EX where group composition doesn't have to be ideal. Some of our members also have AS experience.

This actually looks like exactly what I'm looking for. Based on your description and website you're a group that's pretty serious about progression but just joined the game late. That means you'll be working on savage starting at i190 and working upwards and are looking towards longer term plans for A5S+ where you'd be more interested in hardcore progression. If this is correct, then this is definitely a group that I'd be interested in joining. I'd also be more than happy to help teach and shotcall any older content except Savage SCOB (I have some experience with the turns but never cleared and can't shotcall it since most of my coraiders went on a break after FCOB and I didn't try it much). My main concern is finding a group that loses motivation and breaks up in the longer term. If you're sure you'll stay committed I'm happy to join.

At present, and whilst people are levelling their mains, we're working on the old coils (started a couple of weeks ago and are on T7 usually doing 1 night a week, level sync turned on naturally) to get that experience of the style of raiding. As you say, most of our members joined the game late (shortly after HW was released) so are still working through the myriad of content available. However, we do have several who have T1-13 experience, some Alex Savage etc.

In terms of dedication, most have been raiding as part of the same guild (although in multiple groups) for about 18 months now and have only changed games due to a huge lack of content in our previous MMO. As a guild there we cleared all the current progression content at level and intend to do the same in FFXIV once we've got everyone in a position to start raiding.

If you're interested then I'd suggest putting an application in on our website so you can see the event calendar and sign up for raids (we organise all our events on there). Realistically it'll be a couple of weeks until we start on Savage, but in the meantime we'll be doing plenty of prep work for it with Coils/EX Primals etc. This week we're planning on getting some of our newest 60's their Bismarck EX kills and working on Ravana (Thursday night), so if you're planning on making a server move before that you'd be more than welcome to come along.
