Were you in need of the game time card in very short time frame? Perhaps plan ahead before the game time runs out like a week before, seeing that it has been happening few times and probably just adapt.

I agree with TheFirstKel. Adapt and get it in advance instead of getting it on the day your playtime expires and being in such a rush for a new card.
