Inner Quiet stacks not displaying correctly

When you drop inner quiet the {picture} - inner quiet graphic only displays that you had 1 stack of inner quiet, regardless of how many stacks you have, while the {picture} + inner quiet displays the correct number of stacks.

Frequency: Always
Class/Level: Any Disciple of Hand with Inner Quiet
Steps:
1. Begin crafting and use inner quiet
2. Get any number of inner quiet steps beyond 1
3. Use an ability that drops inner quiet

Expected result: Show N - inner quiet, where N is the number of stacks you have of inner quiet.

Actual result: 1 - inner quiet, regardless of stacks.

Why this is important: When you drop inner quiet, you no longer see how many stacks you had, while at the same time you see the result (in numbers, such as quality gained or CP gained), which makes it difficult to see the relationship of say Byregot's Blessing with 5 stacks of inner quiet, vs 11 stacks.
We should be given, for that brief moment, an extra chance to see how many stacks it took to get that number, especially if that number was exactly what we needed and we realize we want to remember how many stacks that took but we hadn't recorded it before.

The N + inner quiet works as expected, but the N - inner quiet does not.
