In order to progress in a timely manner (A4S before 3.1!), it is necessary for our group to upgrade the position of BRD/MCH.

A3S P4 and subsequently A4S requires a higher level of skill, coordination and awareness to succeed. We hope our new members can pull their own weight and perform above our expectations!

Ideally, we can trial or at least parse together to confirm that your rotations/knowledge of job is up to a good standard. (DPS checks everywhere! Mechanics to dodge!:cool:)
