The closest I can come is the THM siblings, which seem to follow a Coco-something naming convention, but they only go by their first name (I'd wager that Cocobusi would be Cocobusi Busi, though, for example). It does seem like it's more important for lalafells to keep the rhymes in their name than any other familiarity (Although, we also got the sultana Nanamo Ul Namo, the so-far-unknown Sasamo (Ul Samo?), we have Nanamo's father's name...which...I don't seem to remember, if Moose has that info handy, that may help with family ties).
There's nothing in the conventions about family. Any dunesfolk female name will work fine, but the game shows that dunesfolk parents often include similarities in the names of their offspring.
EDIT:
Sibling Example: Seserukka, Popokkuli and Nenekko.
EDIT2:
Nanamo Ul Namo's parents were named Sasabal Ul Sisibal and Nanasha Ul Nasha.
I made a thread previously about this and it's essentially the above replies.
They might have links, but they are not definitive and if there are, they are mostly on a family basis.
Only the Ul or Sil royal family usage seems to be a definitive rule.
