Considerations : Regarding shift of Chaos Server

First off, I'm not on Chaos Server, but the unforeseen shift of the server...

Offering transfers for players affected is a great idea, considering how much latency determines your eligibility to Raid. However, is SE considering lifting limits on player transference?

3.0 has significantly changed the value of gils and almost everything is in the high range of hundreds of thousands to millions in gils. Enforcing these limits because players have no choice but to leave the server.. does it seem fair?
