Stuck after creating materia

Steps:
1. Created materia got "created mind materia
2. Used Keyboard shortcut to open inv,
3. Created materia Dialog got stuck unable to open menu, draw weapon, actionbar had to logout and log in to clear it.

Yeah, I'm getting this bug too and it is rather annoying. Anyone know how to avoid this, or is it going to happen every single time I try to craft materia?
