EU Spread Sheet

Hi,

For a little while now we have been running a spread sheet for the Cerberus server for dps scores through Alexander Savage. Recently a few of our contributors have transferred servers, because of this we have decided to open the sheet up to other EU servers.

There is fflogs now that is more practical to use and does exactly the same
