Swapping out Eso gear

With the current state of Savage Raid the Eso cap is limiting some groups from being able to progress.

There is a shortage of Bards and Machinists, but this can change change.The problem lies with players trying to switch from one Job to another. When switching Jobs the player is essentially force back to Pre-Savage gear.

I would like to request a feature where a player is able to have gear purchased with esoterics to be swapped for another.

I am do not know exactly how it should be balanced, should only one piece of gear be allowed for swapping or unlimited swapping.

This helps raid group who have lost players for whatever reason to be able to easily recruit other players with out being forced to exclusively look for specific types of jobs.

For example:

Monk in raid group can play Bard and a replacement Monk was found.
Monk goes to vendor X.
Swaps out gear/weapon purchased with esoterics for Bard esoteric gear/weapon.

This also goes with the nature of the game where any character is able to play any class/job. But currently if you want to raid you are forced in to one specific JOb.
