Personally, I'd like to see a little more evil and madness added to the subscription fray.
Kefka attire, or Dancing Mad attire (with dye features to get both yellow, red, and green outfits in Amano's work).
L1 glamour, no class affiliation. Villains rarely had any single class/job to them.

I would honestly love a Weapons Pack for every single job inspired by iconic weapons wielded by Final Fantasy characters of the past. Especially if it updated with new weapons every time new jobs were added.
