When you build an FC airship is it a part of the fc or a part of the house? (meaning if you go from a smaller fc plot to a larger one does it go with your fc or get destroyed or what?)

When you build an FC airship is it a part of the fc or a part of the house? (meaning if you go from a smaller fc plot to a larger one does it go with your fc or get destroyed or what?)
It's made of parts, so you can take it down and move to a new home. Just know if you dismantle the workshop/sell the house mid building, all progress is lost. You will have to buy a new workshop as well.
