Looking for a SCH for savage raid.

My group is looking for a good/nice schoolar for our raid.
We are pretty laidback, love to joke around and have fun while raiding.
On a serious not we like to get our things done, so too much of it can be sometimes a bad idea.
We raid 3-4 nights per week, starting from 7st. Sometimes we can adjust and start earlier or a bit late than that, but our main hour to start is 7st


What we expect from you as a player;
Learn fast, willing to take feedback without rage. English speaking, can use teamspeak. If you can't raid certain nights due to IRL, which we have a huge respect for in our group, we also would like you to tell us before the raid day or raid week, so we can find a replacement or atleast try to figure out something!

Edit: Kill exp in 1-2 is a good thing for us, if not, we would get you through it as long you are willing to learn fast. Having exp in a3 is really nice as well, specially up to add phase or right after.
