Best way to quick level retainer? What do you do?

If the field takes 18 hours, and i know i'm going to be at least 1 hour and at most 6 hours online, i'd do 1~6+ quick ventures and before logging out the field exploration, so it would be a full 24 hour and when i log in again and have the 18 hr coming back;

And for weekends i'd do the 18 hour right when i login in friday, so i know when i wake up in the saturday it would be completing(or at least near of);

I thought in putting the account of venture tokens, but i read in the forums that these are pretty much easy to get;

What do you think? And what's your strategy?

I would only recommend the 18 hour ventures if you're going for specific items from them, and only for exp if you're otherwise able to do the 1-hour ventures less than 8 times day. supplementing the 18-hour ventures with 1-hour ventures like you have been doing seems to be a good way to go about it, but if you have most of the day to play and you only want the experience, doing the 1-hour ventures the whole day is a much better rate of experience.

Thanks for the info :) ! because of my job(work) i have only the night to play, so it is a little limited, yes =/ (max 1~6 hours) i'm trying to max the FSH, so i'll go the supplemental route(1~6+ quick + 1 field);

I do 18 hour ventures to level then switch to 1h ventures when level capped. I do this for couple reasons, first being I can't be bothered to constantly farm fates to buy more venture tokens so spending 2 tokens each time send one out every 18 hours is preferred by me. Especially since I have 6 more retainers (out of 8 in total and 2 already capped) in the process of leveling.

So much better to spend around 12 tokens for leveling them every 18 hours rather than 12 tokens every single hour. It would require wasting 10-20 minutes every hour farming fates in order to keep up spending so many so often which I am not willing to do. Secondly 18 hour ventures also give unique rewards which cannot get from 1 hour ventures so I try to get those while leveling such as the unique pets etc, switching to 1 hour when leveled to cap and just need the retainers to farm specific materials or generic income generation.

Do a couple of quick exploration whilst you're playing each evening then do a long venture before you log off for the night. Next time you log in rinse and repeat.
