Does the retainer benefit from the friendship circlet?

As title says; I'm really noobish at retainers atm, and i'm making my retainer's FSH gear lvl 1; i'd like to know if they can use that, as the 25% exp bonus would be very welcome =P

Send your retainer out on a venture, see what exp they get when they return.

Put the circlet on your retainer. Send it out on the same venture, see what exp they get when they return.

Voila :D

Hmm, but the exp gathered from the ventures aren't random :confused: ?

Except the exp varies based on the item obtained

well I don't fish so idk, but in battle and botanist/miner ventures the exp is static. So you just set it to obtain the same item and its the same exp, unless you do quick which fluctuates.

I've leveled 8 ventures, 4 battle, 2 miner and 2 botanist and the exp has been the same for every item

Not at level 1 they don't. You have the targeted level 1 venture that gives fixed exp, and the 18 hour venture that gives different fixed exp. Quick ventures aren't until level 10.

Thanks everyone :) i'll try when i get off of job(8+hours), and i'll post my findings here.

All ventures except the Quick ventures give fixed amount of experience, which can be checked even before sending the retainer there. It's shown in the final confirmation dialog when you send your retainer to venture. Before level 50, all specific items in same level bracket give same experience.

As for the friendship circlet, it doesn't increase the retainer experience. I tested that already.
