New FC House

Hey ;D
I have some questions about to sell/buy FC House.
First,my FC has a small House and we want to move to a medium FC House,but i dont really understand how to make it.
I read somewhere that we need to form a new FC to buy a new FC House,is it really the only way or are there others:confused:
And how can we sell our current FC House?

You sell yours by someone paying you to relinquish your current plot and than you can just go to a new FC plot and buy it as a FC( Not private :P ) If there are any left that is.

To move:

Empty all furnitures from all Personal rooms and from the house as well as from the garden.

Demolish the Structure so the plot is empty.

Relinquish the Land (If your server has a shortage on S Plots you can make an easy 8-10m by doing so for someone)

Go to the new plot and buy it

If you do so you'll loose: Workshop and Personal Rooms if bought as well as all progress in Airship unlocks - if you got Airships don't forget to scrap them before moving so you keep your Airship parts

Hello o/ who ever said about making a new FC in order To move is wronged. I moved from a small to medium no problem. At the moment you can sell your house in a legit way. I think the only way you can sell a house is Someone gives you the gill then you give up the land.
