Double-casting Unmend

I have two videos documenting the glitch where a certain skill rotation on Dark Knight causes an animation glitch. Don't know how to post video here though. The skill rotation is Blood Weapon > Unmend > Plunge. Sometimes, Unmend's animation will play twice. The damage numbers seem perfectly fine -- I only see the damage from ONE Unmend and ONE Plunge.

In one video, I was able to proc Enhanced Unleash with the "double-casting" of Unmend. This may be bad news -- a "double-casting" of Unmend may give a Dark Knight double the chance to proc Enhanced Unleash. It's hard to duplicate -- I spent an hour fighting mobs and was only able to double-cast Unmend on five different occasions in that one hour.

I use Blood Weapon, then immediately spam the hell out of Unmend, then spam the hell out of Plunge. I think the success of the double-cast depends on your timing. That is, the time you decide to stop spamming Unmend and begin spamming Plunge seems to determine when Unmend will double-cast.
