I'm working on book 1 of the relic story line. I've run everything and 1 dungeon isn't counting. I've run it 3 times now. The first time, the icon above his head was there, second time and third time it was gone. I used the relic bow and I still can't get it to accept that i've done it. Please help!

Book of Sky, Fire, Wind, or Earth? Which dungeon? Are you sure you are doing the right one? There are normal and hard modes of the same dungeon assigned to different books. Some have also mistakenly done the wrong Amdapor as well--there is the Lost City of Amdapor on one book and Amdapor Keep is on another one. Also note that for dungeons you need to be alive and kicking when the boss dies. Think you also had to be in the arena as well, or at least at the entrance...seem to remember hearing reports of people not getting credit because they returned and hadn't zoned through the shortcut and gotten back towards the fight in time.
What NPC are you reporting to? You mentioned an "icon above his head"....hope you aren't going back to Jalzahn? After running all the objectives down and seeing the graphics changed up to signify completion, you go back to Revenant's Toll and buy your next book from G'jusana.

It's Skyfire 1. The boss is Diabolos in Lost City of Amdapor. I was dead the first time and alive the second and third time. I can't get it to register as completed
The last two times were you sure you had the bow equipped? Especially if the mark was not above the head... that's the only thing I can think of. (And yeah you do need to be alive when the boss dies, too)
