Cannot make Au Ra
I recently bought the Final Fantasy XIV Online bundle that includes both Realm Reborn and Heavensward and downloaded it onto the PS3. Now, I've never really used a PS3 before this, so maybe the answer is super simple, but after it downloaded, I started it up and it won't let me make an Au Ra. They're still grayed out. And on the Mog Station, it has the circle under Heavensward to show that I have it.

Is your client still showing ARR or did it update to HW?
-
Like the page where I put in my log-in info? After I put in the log-in info it says 'A Realm Reborn'.
-
Did you put the code for heavensward in?
-
Into my PS3? yeah. It says it downloaded
-
Did it download the 3.0 client? Does the bundle have a 3.0 disc?
The reason you can't access Au Ra is because your game client is still 2.0. You need to be using the 3.0 client. I don't use ps3 or ps4 so I don't know how it's handled, but I assume you need to either update your client online or install the new one from a disc.

How can I tel if it's a 3.0 disc? It's just one disc that has both of the games on it. On the Playstation home screen, it shows Heavensward as the game to select. But when we select it, the launcher says A Realm Reborn, and we can't make Au Ra. When I put the disc in the first time, I put in the code included on the booklet into the PS3 'redeem code' option and it said it was a code for Final Fantasy XIV Online and that it included that Chocobo courier and the baron earrings and things, and so I pressed to confirm it. Then I believe I sat through an installing thing. Then I started the game up and it downloaded a new update for two hours on the launcher. And when I click to play the game from the home screen, it's Heavensward now.

You'll know when the client is right since it will say Heavensward and have different start screen music logo.
I only play on PC and the PC client automatically updates once the game is registered. I don't know how Sony handles it on their consoles. I imagine that, since you have the client installed (it changed your home screen background), it's probably there and you might have to manually find it and select it.
Maybe someone who knows the console hoops better can direct you.

I checked information of the game, and it does say it's Version 2. No idea how to get version 3.

Did you enter the Heavensward code on your Mogstation?
